1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 1eers website located at https://1eers.cam (the "Platform"), including all associated services, features, content, products and tools made available through the Platform.

1eers is an English-language online betting and live casino information and services platform targeting users in Pakistan and other regions where access is permitted. The Platform provides sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — alongside live casino games, slots and instant-win titles.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accepting any bonus or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific products or promotions.

4. Account Registration

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 1eers of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

The operator reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the submission of false information, where the account has been used fraudulently, or where account activity is inconsistent with these Terms.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any deposit, withdrawal or bonus activation, the operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard requirement for regulated online betting and casino platforms and serves to verify your identity, confirm your age, prevent fraud and fulfil anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made through the methods available in the Platform's Cashier at the time of deposit. Payment options may include bank transfers and mobile wallet references familiar to Pakistani users (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast). The availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed directly in the Cashier; 1eers does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method. Payment providers referenced are cited for context only and do not endorse or support gambling activity.

The operator reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses; (c) the account being in good standing with no active fraud, AML or policy-violation review; and (d) the withdrawal method matching the original deposit method where required.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the selected payment method and the operator's internal review process. No specific processing timeframe is guaranteed. The name on the withdrawal account must match the name registered on the 1eers account.

7.3 Currency

Account balances and transaction records are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual transaction processing may involve currency conversion depending on the payment method used. Applicable conversion fees, if any, are the user's responsibility and will be reflected in the cashier.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers, free bets, free spins and promotional credits made available on the Platform are subject to their individual terms and conditions, in addition to the general provisions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total wagers).
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the specified maximum may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino tables may contribute a lower percentage or zero.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within the specified validity window. Expired bonuses and their winnings will be removed from the account.
• Maximum cash-out limits may apply to winnings generated from bonus funds. Winnings above the specified cap may be forfeited.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The operator maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; hedging bets to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements; systematic exploitation of promotional offers with the intent of extracting value without genuine wagering intent. The operator reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the Platform are subject to the applicable product-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any technical malfunction, connection error, or discrepancy in odds display, the operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake.

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC — are governed by the applicable sport's betting rules. Markets may be suspended, voided or settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

The operator is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's misunderstanding of betting rules, odds formats or market terms. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.

10. Responsible Gambling

1eers is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — it is not a reliable way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, which users are strongly encouraged to use:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits — restrictions on the duration of individual play sessions.
• Self-exclusion — a temporary cooling-off period or permanent exclusion from the Platform, available on request through the support team.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

1. Registering more than one account or creating an account on behalf of another person.

4. Colluding with other players or sharing insider information to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to the proceeds of crime.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of any incorrectly paid winnings and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design of the website — is the property of the operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the operator.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1eers and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law and that no Pakistani governing authority endorses, licences or regulates this Platform.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's governing jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
